Forest Walk

I always loved walking in forests, observing and painting their unique beauty. At first my paintings were semi realistic. With time and constant experimentation, my interpretation of trees has become more abstract. Still, the use of unconventional color remains. In this painting a chartreuse sun creates cobalt blue reflections on the tree trunks, and unexpected orange shadows.
